Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock levels using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers to ensure timely dispatch.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
