Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment with accuracy and speed to minimize returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock levels to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but willing to train reliable candidates).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and mandatory overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus.
