Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
