Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify and count incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accuracy against packing slips.
- Sort, pack, and label products for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and locations.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
