We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials within the facility and to and from customer loading docks.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but will train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
