Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage zones.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for warehouse roles, but a plus).
