Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Inspect equipment and materials for damage or defects and report any issues to management immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to fulfill customer orders accurately and meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine cleaning of the warehouse area to maintain a professional and safe workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
