Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
