Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse system.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough quality checks on incoming shipments and damaged goods.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet delivery deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report on the condition of warehouse machinery and tools.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Reliability: A history of consistent attendance and punctuality is essential.
- Communication: Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data.
