Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in the receiving process, inspecting incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
