Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain high stock accuracy.
- Assemble, pack, and label orders for shipment using proper packaging materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily priorities and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld RF scanners (RF guns).
