Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
