Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse operations and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
