Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy to ensure timely shipping.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments and process returns efficiently.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs for daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read a tape measure, and familiarity with warehouse equipment.
- Availability: Must be available for Full-Time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- License: Valid Driver's License required for specific driving duties.
