Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate various forklifts, including Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and RF Scanners to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load & Unload: Perform loading and unloading of freight trucks and containers while adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Documentation: Complete daily logs, safety checks, and inventory reports accurately and on time.
- Material Handling: Stack and store pallets securely to prevent damage and ensure efficient warehouse flow.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate industrial environments.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours and immediate start.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
