Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to verify shipment details.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, labeling, and verifying quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime when business demands it.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
