Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure order accuracy and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory control and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long shifts (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Energetic attitude and willingness to learn.
