Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload shipments.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Accurately record inventory movements and stock counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety orientation.
- Valid driver's license required.
