Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently to and from the shipping dock.
- Verify inventory accuracy using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Package goods securely and accurately for shipment via various carriers.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to transport heavy loads.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and ensuring proper labeling.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
