Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with 99.9% accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the designated shift hours.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding safety and quality control.
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse protocols and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
