Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Operate heavy machinery safely and perform routine equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
