Responsibilities
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- License: Valid driver's license required; Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
