Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification a plus).
- Must be reliable and able to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
