Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock audits.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring cargo is handled with care and safety protocols are followed.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
