Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise safely by hand or using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
- Prepare and package customer orders for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with warehouse management systems.
- Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
