Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.</li><li>Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.</li><li>Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.</li><li>Load and unload trucks in a timely manner during shift hours.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li><li>Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM).</li><li>Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.</li><li>Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.</li><li>Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
