Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check (we do not reject applicants based on minor criminal history).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
- Must be willing to undergo a basic drug screen and pass a physical ability test.
