Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming and outgoing stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed to meet daily targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and SOPs.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery (including forklifts) safely and perform basic preventative maintenance checks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new warehouse processes quickly.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
