Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage freight for delivery, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital tracking records using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Keep the warehouse workspace organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required, including packing and labeling.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility daily.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
