Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and packing lists.
- Inspect damaged or defective goods and report discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Assist in packing orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and securing of packages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for driving equipment).
