Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory with 99.8% accuracy
- Implement lean practices to reduce processing time by 20%+
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate weekly reports on KPIs: inventory turnover, order accuracy, and labor efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse layout and workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in DC/MD/VA area
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- OSHA 30-hour certification required

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
