Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory items using barcode scanners and RF guns
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move materials safely
- Maintain organized storage areas by following FIFO protocols and labeling standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete digital inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment certification
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
