Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to daily production targets
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts after brief certification
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse zones
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Park
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Valid government-issued photo ID (no background check needed)
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
