Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package merchandise to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) safely under supervision.
- Shipment Processing: Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of clutter to ensure optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
