Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight from trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort and organize packages and merchandise to ensure accurate distribution.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory and manage shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Assist in inventory control by counting stock and identifying discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory management.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
