Responsibilities
- Receive and Process: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition, then log them into the inventory system.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (comprehensive training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
