Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in regular inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per day) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
