Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipping.
- Stock Maintenance: Organize warehouse aisles, rotate stock, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- RF Scanning: Utilize handheld scanners (RF guns) to track inventory and process orders.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for general labor roles.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning technology quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
