Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items from the warehouse inventory using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quantities and ensure orders are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and productivity targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners or RF guns.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
