Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by organizing aisles and shelves.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and accuracy goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the warehouse manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required.
