Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are accurately retrieved and prepared for shipment. This is a fast-paced environment that rewards efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label, wrap, and prepare products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure items are in perfect condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks according to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
