Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trailers and freight trucks efficiently and safely.
- Picking, packing, and labeling orders to ensure accuracy and meet shipping deadlines.
- Operating handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Performing regular inventory counts and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for floor work).
