Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment (including forklifts and pallet jacks) under supervision; perform manual lifting and moving of goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy machinery or work in the warehouse.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using technology (smartphones/tablets).
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and concisely.
