Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock efficiently.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and safely.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace guidelines at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Documentation: Must have a valid Social Security card and legal right to work in the USA.
