Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, or loading docks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise at the warehouse for distribution.
- Verify and count incoming stock against documentation, identifying discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Package and label items for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas and loading docks.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
