Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming stock, verify quantities, and log items into the inventory system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual inventory audits.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality specifications before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
