Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctual attendance.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable with technology and basic computer navigation.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training provided for those without).
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
