Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in compliance with safety regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and readily accessible for the next shift.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to 5S standards and reporting safety hazards immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including early shifts and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable with basic math and reading instructions on scanners or labels.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and attendance.
