Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment and basic warehouse management software.
- Assist in maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, and organizing.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk on uneven surfaces.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading dock areas).
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
