Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled.
- Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and document discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and update order statuses.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and quantity counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
